Tractor Supply Co.

I go to a ton of different Tractor Supply stores for my job, and I love it! My nickname is squirrelly and I found these little toys up front that I just had to play with before leaving. 🙂 I’m thinking I need to go back and make some purchases! 😆

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. They will take your money and provide you with tracking just for the store to cancel the shipment and never say anything to you. When you call customer service make sure you set aside at least an hour to be on hold, just for them to tell you that if you wanted your order, you need to do their job because they cannot. Customer service said that the store made the shipment then canceled the shipment and i guess updating customer isnt a priority to anyone at this company or this store. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH AN UPDATE ON YOUR ORDER. THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. I waited a month for part of my order with no update from them even after emailing them. Sorry i have a job and cant wait on the phone for over an hour before someone might pick up the phone or they may pick up just to immediately hang up on you. I have switched to chewy becausethis is ridiculous. I paid you for an order yet i also have to contact you and make sure you actually ship the order i paid for??? CANNOT RECOMMEND CHEWY MORE!!! THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PETS!!
